Moreno Bondi is an Italian artist, born in Carrara in 1959.
His work covers three research phases. First marble sculpture is inserted in the canvases. The figures of these artworks are dreamlike and full of symbolism, between culture and reality. In the second phase Archeology and the decay of cultural heritage are the concepts. The artworks are overlapped canvases, painted with the oxyhydrogen flame. It's called "Combustions". At last, the "Introflexion" connects the two-dimensionality of the canvas with the three-dimensionality of sculpture. The canvas has circular depressions and there's a spatial cleanliness.
Moreno Bondi's artworks are in meaning public spaces and in international collections.
